We want you to be #muchokaliente with your purchases from MuchoKaliente.com, we understand if things don't work out, but don't worry, we've got you covered.

We are happy to accept returns of unused merchandise in its original condition, with labels attached, within 30 days of receiving your order. All orders must be returned in the best condition with the invoice included in the package. We will not accept parts that have been used, washed, worn or altered.

* Please note: the status of the return will be evaluated and those that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.


You can contact us through the customer service phone (+58 414-1810488) or through our email (hola@animaltropikal.com) about any return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item so that we can help to facilitate the process.

** All custom orders are final sale only and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

You must return purchased items to us with the tags still intact before an online exchange code or refund to the original form of payment will be issued to you. If you have already used it and then noticed that something does not fit you, send us an email to hola@animaltropikal.com with photos and we will see it. Once we have more information about your return or exchange inquiry, we will provide further instructions.

** The refund of the amount of the merchandise returned to the recipient within a period of 10 to 15 business days.

Upon receiving the product back, its conditions will be evaluated and the change will be made or the credit code will be sent. Changes will be made approximately 2-5 business days after receiving the product and the same times of a regular delivery will apply.

* Please note: International returns and exchanges work the same way as US returns, however they do not include refund return shipping costs or taxes.

I'm so sorry! If you receive an item that is damaged or has manufacturing flaws, you must return it within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, we cannot provide an exchange or refund for any defective items.
